1. Consent
Before you create an account, call an API, or rent compute, you should read these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Continued use means you agree that we may process related personal information as described in those documents.
2. Information we process
- Account information: username, email, phone number, and profile details you provide.
- Transaction information: orders, usage, invoices, payment, and billing details.
- Technical information: IP address, device data, logs, cookies, and API Key usage records.
- Content information: prompts you submit to models and data in compute instances. Do not submit content prohibited by law, or sensitive personal information unrelated to your business.
3. Use limits
We use the information above only to provide services, protect security, complete billing, meet legal obligations, and for other purposes with your consent. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Cookies
Login and the console rely on cookies. You may refuse cookies in your browser, but some features may stop working. See Section 3 of the Privacy Policy for details.
5. Sharing
We share information only with your consent, where required by law, or with payment, cloud, and notification partners as needed to deliver the service. Recipients may not use the information beyond the agreed purpose.
6. Your obligations
You must ensure the information you provide is true and accurate, and that you are authorized to provide any third-party information it contains. You must safeguard your account and API Keys and are responsible for calls and instance actions made with them.
7. Your rights
You may access and correct personal information, request deletion or account closure where applicable, and withdraw consent. Send requests to jihao@chroit.hk. We will respond within 15 business days after verifying your identity.
8. Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes of these Terms. Billing records, invoices, and logs required by law are kept for the legally required period.
9. Updates
When we update these Terms, we will publish the new version on the website. If a change materially affects your rights, we will notify you via your account email or the console. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms.
